SERVICE AGREEMENT: LAIKAYHA – SOVEREIGN TRANSFORMATION EXPERIENCE

Organizer: Hälsomotiv Sara Skog AB (Org. no: 559256-1145), hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."

1. Scope of Program
This agreement governs participation in Laikayha – Sovereign Transformation Experience. The fee includes all program activities, accommodation, and meals for 6 days on-site.
2. Investment and Price Guarantee
2.1 Total Investment: The amount specified at the time of booking (including VAT).
2.2 Fixed Price: The price is fixed and includes all costs for the execution of the program (excluding travel). No additional administrative or hidden fees will be charged.

3. Payment Terms
3.1 Booking < 10 weeks before start: Full payment is required immediately to secure the spot.
3.2 Booking > 10 weeks before start: A registration fee of 40% is payable at the time of booking. Remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 weeks before start.
3.3 Package Booking: For simultaneous booking of four retreats, a total registration fee of 110,400 SEK applies.

4. Cancellation and Force Majeure
4.1 Binding Registration: All payments are final and non-refundable. The spot may only be transferred with prior written approval.
4.2 Rescheduling: The Organizer reserves the right to postpone the program due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., illness, pandemic, force majeure). In such cases, the Participant is offered a spot on the new date; no refund is issued.

5. Travel and Insurance
5.1 Excluded Costs: Travel, transfers, and travel insurance are not included.
5.2 Personal Responsibility: The Participant is responsible for maintaining valid travel and personal accident insurance.

6. Health, Safety, and Liability
6.1 Medical Health: The Participant certifies they are in sufficient physical and mental health. Any medication affecting the mental state must be disclosed 4 weeks prior.
6.2 Zero Tolerance Policy: Strict zero-tolerance for alcohol and drugs. Violation leads to immediate dismissal without refund; return travel costs are borne by the Participant.
6.3 Property Damage: The Participant is fully liable for any damage caused to the facility or equipment. Repair costs plus a 1,500 SEK admin fee will be invoiced.
6.4 Personal Property: The Organizer is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or vehicles.

7. Disclaimer of Results
7.1 Individual Responsibility: The Organizer provides tools and guidance but makes no guarantees regarding specific results, financial progress, or mental changes. All decisions made during or after the program are the Participant's sole responsibility.
8. Confidentiality
Everything shared within the group is strictly confidential.
9. Acceptance and Execution
By completing the payment and registration, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement. This agreement is considered legally binding from the time and date the payment is processed.
